David
James: Founder of ICA
David James has worked
in various managerial appointments before starting the self funded handmade product
income generation work in Albania and then setting up ICA. He has a Masters Degree
from Kings College London, and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society having
led an expedition to the Sahara which started his interest in helping the destitute
in developing countries.

Bashkim Bashllari
has worked in various posts, including Vice President of the Port of Duress,
the manager of a food processing plant and the administrator for Mission Aviation
Fellowship before coming to ICA.
